There is also a bus route from Mykonos new port to the airport at 10:30, 13:30, and 15:00, while from the airport to the new port the bus runs at 9:15, 12:15 and 13:50. The bus stop is right outside the terminal building, while bus tickets can be purchased by the bus driver.
