Mrs. Maria, your lovely cook, will be waiting for you in order to start the traditional Cretan cooking class. Suit up and be impressed by the quality of the organic products. You will use these products, literally picked up from the backyard of Mrs. Maria’s garden and make delicious ntako (crumbled tomatoes on traditional brusquettes), classic tzatziki, ntolmadakia and gemista (stuffed vegetables with rice and herbs). Mrs. Maria will also demonstrate the preparation of an authentic Greek salad.
