Itinerary of the Ottoman Monuments Private Walking Tour in Thessaloniki
Meet at 9 am at an arranged meeting point.
The first stop will be at what is known as the colorful mosque, the Alatza Imaret, a 15th century Ottoman mosque.
The Hamza Bey will then be visited. This is also a mosque built in the 15th century.
The Bey Hamam otherwise known as the baths of paradise is a traditional Ottoman bath, the largest not just in Thessaloniki but in the Balkans as well.
Finally, we will be taken into the Bezesteni Market which was developed during the Ottoman period. It is a typical open air market with butchers, fishmongers, spices, textiles and many more.
